3 Age Verification & KYC

Zt999 strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Use of this platform by minors (under 18) is strictly prohibited. We may request a copy of a government-issued ID at any time to verify your age.

7 Gaming Rules

• Finality of Results: All game outcomes are determined entirely at random using an RNG (Random Number Generator). If a game ends abnormally due to a system glitch or technical error, zt999 reserves the right to void that round.
• Technical Issues: If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection or device shutdown, the round data will be saved on the server and will resume once the connection is restored.
• Sports Betting: If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded. If the match result changes (pre-match vs. live), the relevant rules will apply accordingly.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Zt999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification or providing false information
• If there has been no account activity for an extended period (more than 12 months) (inactive account)
• Upon court order or request from law enforcement authorities
• If a self-exclusion request is submitted under the Responsible Gaming Policy

You may request account closure at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before submitting your request. Once an account is closed, reopening it is not guaranteed.
